At CompanionVille we stand by the promise of «100% Performance-Based Recruitment». This means our Clients don't pay us anything until our candidate successfully completes the probation period, which is up to 6 months, depending on the candidate's level of seniority.
With CompanionVille, there is no retainer fee for starting a search, and there is no fee when our candidate starts work on day one. We invoice only when our Candidate successfully completes the probation period. We charge 15% of our candidates' annual base salary, payable upon successful completion of the probation period.

Igor Galkin started his career in 2004 with the New York, Wall Street-based financial brokerage firm Gain Capital Group (now StoneX Retail). He spent 10 years as the Head of Global Sales and Business Development at Libertex group with responsibility for delivering $145 million in Revenue. Most recently he served as the CEO of Weltrade, an international Forex and CFD brokerage firm.
He has also funded and advised multiple EdTech startup projects, including Timbro Guitar, a mobile music education app.
