With us there is no fee for starting a search, and there is no fee when our candidate starts work. We invoice only when our Candidate successfully completes the trial period. We charge 15% of annual compensation payable only upon the successful completion of the candidate's trial period.

Igor Galkin started his career in 2004 with the New York, Wall Street-based financial brokerage firm Gain Capital Group (now StoneX Retail). He spent 10 years as the Head of Global Sales and Business Development at Libertex group with responsibility for delivering $145 million in Revenue. Most recently he served as the CEO of Weltrade, an international Forex and CFD brokerage firm.

He has also funded and advised multiple EdTech startup projects, including Timbro Guitar, a mobile music education app.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Hybrid work from home role.
