• To act as Business Development Manager, maintaining and developing new and existing key relationships. • Assist in development and implement the company Partnerships strategy in MENA. • Identify gaps in existing Partnership offering and improve proposition for prospective clients. • Proven experience in introducing brokers and affiliates in the CFD industry. • Proven experience in converting potential clients to depositors. • Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently. • Ability to work under pressure. • Leadership skills and able to perform as a team player. • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management. • Creative, innovative, and always thinking outside the box approach.
Responsibilities:
• Provide professional guidance to new and existing Partners. • Develop the indirect business for the company, based on targets set by Management. • Assist in developing group structure to Partnership framework, a tiered approach to what our standard offering is and where further approval from Management is required. • Making suggestions and priorities to improve Partner value proposition, whilst taking responsibility where possible to implement necessary changes for improvement. • Develop Introducing broker program in areas that rebate agreements are possible, assist in providing framework to a standard approach that is competitive whilst protects revenue generation via this channel. • Identifying new potential Partners via channels such as LinkedIn, as well as the existing client base. • Negotiating and renegotiating terms with existing Partners, to ensure maximum output whilst remaining competitive in the space. • Review and make suggestions to Partner onboarding workflow. • Arranging meetings, directly or remotely with new or existing relationships. • Travelling to locations where necessary, such as events and Expos. • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for any issues experienced by Partners as first point of call, whilst understanding relevant escalation channels where necessary. • Ensure Management is aware of any roadblocks or opportunities faced by the team. Act proactively to provide solutions. • Stay informed about the financial markets to spot trends, look for new opportunities and establish credibility with our Partners by understanding their requirements. • Work with CRM team to analyse and adjust client workflow.

Educational / Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years retail and/or Partner sales experience within financial markets. • Excellent English oral communication skills are mandatory. • Native in Arabic.
